The Vessel Safety Check and Recreational Boating Safety Program :

Visitors may be considered the greatest Auxiliary interfacing with the boating public.  Vessel Examiners provide VSCs  anywhere boats are located. The RSP Program Visitor has traditionally provided informational displays with new public horizons.
